Description
Social Worker is available to meet 1-on-1 for emotional support, short-term counseling and resource navigation. Community referrals will be made for situations that need more intensive psychological interventions. Also offers: - Legal Advisor 2nd M of the month. Appointments must be made in advance. - Caregiver Support Group 2nd and 4th Th, for caregivers of family members with Alzheimer’s or memory loss.
