Description
The PACE program is designed to prepare individuals for the skilled trades. Over 12 weeks, participants gain hands-on experience in a variety of construction skills, earn industry-recognized certifications, and connect directly with apprenticeship programs and employers. With ongoing support and career placement services, TRP gives women the tools and confidence to launch into high-demand, living-wage careers in construction.

Provides free pre-apprenticeship training and support for careers in construction, skilled trades, and CDL driving. Services include hands-on training, industry certifications, job readiness and career placement support, and financial assistance for tools, work gear, and transportation.
