Counseling & Training: Open to all entrepreneurs seeking assistance. Lending: Applicants must be financially responsible and meet credit guidelines. Businesses seeking loans must be located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Alaska. Training through Business Impact NW is required for startup businesses.
