Call the main line. DO NOT use the online Internet application. Individuals should call immediately after quitting work. Claim can be filed using a substitute mailing address through the Secretary of State's Address Confidentiality Program. Once provide with a secure address, individuals can apply online.

Description
Provides unemployment insurance benefits for individuals who voluntarily leave work due to domestic violence or stalking. Requirements are defined in state law at RCW 26. 50. 010 and RCW 9A46. 10. The Secretary of State's Address Confidentiality Program provides a substitute mailing address to protect victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking who have relocated to avoid further abuse. State and local government agencies are required to accept the ACP substitute address.
