Application process

Call for initial phone interview to schedule intake and assessment.    Nursing intake and Physician visit with medication induction typically occurs within 48 hours of in-person assessment.

Fees

No fee for Hub and Spoke coordination   Assessments and continuing services are charged to insurance. Accepts Washington Apple Health (Medicaid). Sliding Scale fees and Charity Care available for clients without insurance.

Description

Capacity Update: Immediate Openings. Provides office based suboxone  and Vivitrol prescriptions in a medical clinic setting.     Counseling is not required, however clients must meet with a RN/MD for an evaluation. If counseling is determined to be needed clients are referred to Medication Assisted Recovery Group for peer support.     There are no drop in hours, however clients may be seen and induced same day as initial phone contact in some cases.    Poly-substance users are accepted on a case by case basis as clients goals around poly-substance use are determined.
