Eligibility

Cancer patients, bone marrow donors and recipients and stem cell donors and recipients who are ambulatory and have proper medical authorization. Must be a cancer patient (or bone marrow or stem cell donor or recipient). Must be traveling to treatment, consultation, or a check-up at a recognized treatment center as listed with the National Cancer Institute or the American College of Surgeons. Must be able to walk up the steps of a corporate aircraft without assistance. Must not require oxygen, IV, or onboard medical assistance.

Application process

2 weeks lead time is required for a new application. Appointment date and/or discharge date needs to be 2 weeks from the date that you call or further out.
