Located on the eastern edge of Gardiner Weeks Memorial Park, southwest of W Park St. Transportation provided to and from the center. Call Snoqualmie Valley Transportation at (425) 888-7001 for information on using public transportation to get to the Center and to make reservations for door-to-door service.

Eligibility

For health and wellbeing issues: adults ages 50 and older. No age restriction for people who receive or have issues with (including going onto) Medicare.
