All dogs and cats ages 4 months and older must be licensed. City residents age 62 and older can purchase a permanent animal license.

Fees

Unaltered dog/cat: $50. Altered dog/cat: $30. Seniors pay the same rates but receive a license for the lifetime of the pet.
