Eligibility

People who have been diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma or other blood-related cancers. Must be at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Provides financial assistance once a year for approved treatment expenses which include ground transportation (gas, tolls, car rental, taxi, bus, train, ambulance), air travel, and lodging related expenses.

Provides information & referral about blood-related cancers. Offers financial assistance for cancer treatment related expenses. Coordinates support groups and educational programs led by oncology specialists.
