Washington state residents ages 16 and older and their eligible family members. Have lived in the United States for 5 years or less. Have not naturalized and have a current entry status as a(n): - Refugee - Asylee - Victim of human trafficking - Amerasian - Cuban-Haitian entrant - Iraqi or Afghan Special Immigrant

Provides culturally and linguistically appropriate services to the refugee and immigrant communities, including public benefits assistance, domestic violence and sexual assault victims services, citizenship assistance, ESL classes, employment training and services, mental health counseling, early childhood education program, parent education program, youth programs, a legal clinic, and other services designed to assist with cultural transition.
