Eligibility

Residents of the city of Woodinville and unincorporated King County. King County pet licenses are required for all dogs and cats 8 weeks of age or older in most areas of the county. For senior/disabled discount:   -  Pet owner must be age 65 or older or have a documented disability.   -  Pet must be altered.   For service animals: -  Owner must have a documented disability and statement that animal is a service animal. -  Pet must be altered. -  A service animal is any animal that is trained or being trained to aid a person who is blind, hearing impaired, or otherwise disabled and is used for that purpose and is registered with a recognized service animal organization.
