Description

Advocates for the rights and needs of people who are deaf-blind.   Provides information and referral regarding deaf-blindness.   Links individuals who are deaf-blind with local skill-oriented and vocational rehabilitation services.   Provides consultation and other services to consumers, parents and service providers.   Determines eligibility for services at the Helen Keller National Center in New York.
