Riders should go to the front of the bus and request this service at least a block ahead of the desired drop off point. Decision to stop is at the driver's discretion and may be declined for safety reasons. Drivers will only pick up at established bus stops. For safety purposes, riders using wheelchairs will only be dropped off at wheelchair lift-approved bus stops.

Options include fixed-route, paratransit, Medicaid transportation, VA transportation resources, carpools, vanpools and travel training. Includes a web-based directory of area bus systems, real-time traffic map and links to local agency rider alerts.

Provides one-on-one support with finding transportation options such as local shuttles, volunteer driver programs, medical transportation services, transit, and more. Also helps clients navigate public transportation routes and provide suggested trip plans. Find a Ride staff are not able to book your trip.
