Teen Court Diversion Program offered by Lake Forest Park Municipal Youth Court at Shorecrest High School
Organizes a teen court to reduce or dismiss charges for traffic infractions.
Provides a teen judge and jury for youth who have been charged with a traffic infraction. The sentence may include community service hours, writing a letter of apology or an essay, attending traffic school, drug or alcohol counseling, or a DUI victim's panel.

Organizes a teen court to reduce or dismiss charges for traffic infractions for youth ages 16-17.
Provides a teen judge and jury for youth who have been charged with a traffic infraction. The sentence may include community service, writing a letter of apology or an essay, going on a police ride-along, participating in Street Law curriculum, or serving on a Youth Court panel.
There is a 6-month deferral period for each case, after which, if all conditions have been completed successfully, the charge will be dismissed.
