Explains how an injured worker can protest decisions on his/her claim and gives deadlines for taking action. Provides information on job modifications. A job modification is an adjustment or alteration to the way a job is performed. The modification may be temporary during recovery or permanent.

Advocates for injured workers who need assistance processing a claim with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.
