Provides an interest free, consolidated repayment program for clients with multiple traffic, parking or driving related fines in multiple courts in King County. Once initial payment is received, the program will remove any traffic-fine related hold on the client's license with the Washington State Department of Licensing, allowing clients to reinstate their driving privileges.

Researches traffic signal timing, monitors intersections and major traffic corridors and controls electronic messaging signs. Live video feed of high traffic areas can be viewed from the website.   Maintains a web-based mapping tool of available street and lot parking in Seattle city limits.
