Provides provide a continuum of programs and services ranging from prevention to aftercare.   Offers certified outpatient drug and alcohol treatment programs for youth that have individual and group components. Coordinates a variety of programs to educate and develop youth and their skills.   - Power Hour: A homework help and tutoring program which offers separate sessions for grades 1-6 and 7-12.   - BE GREAT Graduate: Program for high school students. Provides 1:1 mentoring to those enrolled, assisting them on getting their homework finished on time, tracking grades for each of their classes, addressing school absences, and assisting with college applications, etc. Partners with local high schools.   - Club Read: 2nd and 3rd graders who need assistance in learning to read are matched with teen reading coaches for an 8-week program that runs three times per year.   - Smart Kids: For grades 1-5; assists youth with developing skills and knowledge to avoid alcohol and other drugs.   Computer access and basic computer skills tutoring is available.

Substance Use Disorder Services for Adults: State-certified Substance Use Disorder Treatment program helps individuals who struggle with substance use disorder or co-occurring disorder abstain from drug and alcohol use, improve their physical and mental health and improve their quality of life.   Offers both outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment at the ACRS main site. HPWC is a state certified behavioral health agency that provides substance use assessments in English and Spanish for DUI's, Court-mandated, Federal Probation, and Deferred Prosecution as well as self-referred. We also provide state certified DVIT assessments, anger management assessments, and mental health assessments. HPWC has treatment programs that consist of Outpatient Level 1, Outpatient IOP, Outpatient PHP, and 2-year Deferred Prosecution. We are also a provider for Foundational Community Supports for clients on Medicaid.

Offers a variety of services, including mental health and substance use disorder prevention and intervention. Located in all Mercer Island public schools. Services include confidential mental health counseling, classroom presentations, alcohol/drug interventions, prevention, and referrals, and life skills training and crisis intervention. There is a full-time counselor available in each public school.

A variety of activities and program are available for teens in Redmond. Many of these activities are located at the Old Firehouse Teen Center in downtown Redmond. Activities include sports, music, arts, and tech, as well as leadership and volunteer opportunities. Counseling services are also available.

Provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations.  Callers can also order free publications and other information in print on substance use disorder and mental health issues.  Does not provide counseling; trained information specialists answer calls, transfer callers to State services or other appropriate intake centers in their states, and connect them with local assistance and support.

Recovery Café provides a welcoming, safe, drug and alcohol free space, daily meals, and loving community to anchor Members in the sustained recovery needed to gain and maintain access to housing, social and health services, healthy relationships, education and employment. This includes support meetings, classes, and community events like open mic nights, holiday celebrations, and cultural events. Each location is open 5 days a week and serves two meals a day (breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner). Recovery Café is separate from 12 Step Programs (AA or NA), however, there are 12 Step Meetings held in our buildings throughout the week. We are a Membership organization. Membership is free; you are asked to be drug and alcohol free when you are in the community space, be respectful/give back in the community, and attend a weekly Recovery Circle. Guests are allowed to visit the Café 3 times before they need to attend New Member Introduction and join a Recovery Circle.
