TRP is designed to prepare woman for success in the skilled trades. Over 12 weeks, participants gain hands-on experience in a variety of construction skills, earn industry-recognized certifications, and connect directly with apprenticeship programs and employers. With ongoing support and career placement services, TRP gives women the tools and confidence to launch into high-demand, living-wage careers in construction.

Those with some experience and manufacturing background may enroll for direct to job search support and wraparound services without the training element.

Provides job training, job placement assistance and ongoing coaching for career advancement in the banking industry. The eight-week training is followed by placement assistance in one of 26 partner banks and credit unions.
Offers a free eight-week program consisting of job training and job placement assistance, as well as ongoing career coaching for career advancement in the financial services sector.
Services also include banking career navigation assistance, coaching, mentoring, career advancement and job retention support for up to one year after placement.
The program leads to direct hire by one of 26 bank and credit union partners in the following positions:

Offers a 5-week training course preparing job seekers for Pharmacy Technician Assistant positions at various pharmacies by providing industry-specific job training; with in-person labs where students learn pill counting, compounding, and medication mixing.
Offers a 5-week training course preparing job seekers for Pharmacy Technician Assistant positions at CVS Pharmacies, Omincare, Kaiser Permanente, and other pharmacies and health care systems, by providing industry-specific job training that combines the history of pharmacy and healthcare, drug regulation and control, and pharmaceutical terminology with in-person labs where students learn pill counting, compounding, and medication mixing.
Offers a customized Home Care Aide certification and job skills training program that prepares students for Home Care Aide employment.

Ten-week 75-hour certification and training program offers up to 36 hours per week of in-class instruction, in person skills classes and homework. Additional classes: mental health, dementia, Advanced skill building, digital literacy, job readiness, CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers permit. Upon successful completion, the ReWA HCA Certified instructor signs off on certification. Students receive certificates for all of the above classes that prepare them to complete the state exam and find employment.
Participants may also receive assistance with any barrier removal to completing class, passing the state exam, job interviews and job placement follow up as well as career counseling and job advancement strategies.

The CDL Program the opportunity to earn a Class A Commercial Driver’s License at no cost. Participants receive classroom and actual seat time instruction coupled with ANEW’s support services that help students overcome obstacles to landing and keeping high wage employment.

The ARRC Program provides support for eligible ANEW pre-apprenticeship participants and Washington State registered apprentices. Services may include financial assistance for fees, tools, work wear, tuition, and transit, as well as employment navigation and barrier removal. Support is based on household income to help participants succeed in their trades careers.

Provides one month of medical field job training and support services to adults receiving BFET or who are low-income.
Partners with Swedish Medical Center, Seattle Children's Hospital and Kaiser Permanente to provide one month of job training in the medical field. Participants will have the opportunity to interview with each of the three partner companies upon completion of the training.
Program includes training for a variety of entry-level medical field jobs, including the following:
- Nutrition (preparing food in hospitals, monitoring patients dietary needs, etc. )
- Materials (sterilization of medical equipment)
- Environmental services (cleaning)
- Customer service
Also offers support services, such as help with transportation and obtaining work-appropriate clothing, as well as providing referrals to Dress for Success and childcare assistance.
Offers both paid and unpaid on-the-job work experience internships for parents making the transition from welfare/TANF dependency to self-sufficiency.
